A NOTE ON PRICING:

We have had a few comments in regards to our pricing and we really would like a chance to explain why things are the way they are.

As you probably already know, London, unfortunately, is a very expensive City and to produce premium products and services we face enormous costs. We struggle everyday to provide our customers with better deals, but over the last few months the situation has gone from bad to worse. Our rent is ridiculously high, even if we are just in Dalston and business rates have increased by 25% since January 2017 along with other taxes. After the Brexit vote all our suppliers had increased their prices (we are not sure what happens when Brexit comes in officially, but the way things are going, we feel that it may be a bit of a disaster) and that has had to reflect in our menu prices due to being an independent business. We source the highest quality ingredients starting from our water – which says it all – as we believe our customers deserve the best and most attentive multi sensory experience. Most importantly we care about our staff who happen to be our major cost.
